VerbierDelivery is your online food and beverages delivery platform in Verbier. We work with shops and restaurants to deliver your favorite dishes to you as well as a variety of local produce. We aim to deliver as fast as possible on demand and we can also pre-arrange orders in advance to be delivered the next day. Each partner store or restaurant defines its own options and time slots for accepting and filling orders.
Everything happens on our platform. Select your favorite products or dishes from our list of partners then click on your basket. Before confirming the order you will have the choice between “Take-Away” and “Delivery”. If you wish to have it delivered by us, choose “Delivery”. You can add additional information on your address if necessary, such as the floor or the door code, then proceed to pay your order online. The restaurant or store receives your order directly and prepares it for pick up. Once it's ready, one of our drivers will collect your order from the restaurant and deliver it to you as fast as possible.
Select your favorite products or dishes from our list of partners then select your basket. Before confirming the order you will have the choice between “Take-Away” and “Delivery”. VerbierDelivery only delivers to addresses with the postcode 1936, which includes Verbier Station, Verbier Village, and Médière. Our delivery services are not available for addresses that are not accessible by a paved road and regularly cleared of snow.
VerbierDelivery is proud to employ its delivery people. Unlike some companies, we pay 100% of delivery costs to our drivers while deducting withholding taxes and social charges. In addition we provide accident and liability insurance. For all these reasons, we aim to pay CHF 12 gross per delivery to the delivery person.
Of course. We encourage it. The amount of the tip is yours and generally depends on the quality of the delivery. You can tip cash at the time of delivery. The driver keeps 100% of your tip.
To access an invoice, go to “My Account”. Under "My orders" you will find next to your orders the "invoice" icon, click on it to download your invoice in PDF format.
To log in, go to the login icon in the upper right corner of the home page. Log in with your credentials, if you don't have an account yet, you can easily create a new account using your email address as the login ID.
You can change your delivery address on the “My Account” page. You can also add additional information to your delivery address - such as your floor number or the entry code of your building.
Once logged in, click on "My Account". You will find an option to "change password". The password you choose must include at least one of the following: a special character, an uppercase letter, and a number.
Forgot your password? Go to "Connection" and click on "Forgotten password". You will then receive an email with reset instructions.
By placing an order on the VerbierDelivery platform, you make a firm and definitive offer to purchase the selected products under the specified conditions. However, if you have questions regarding an order you can contact us via mail info@verbierdelivery.com as much detail as possible. The more information we have, the faster we can process your request and try to find a solution.
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it. By placing an order on the VerbierDelivery platform, you are making a firm and definitive offer to purchase the selected products under the specified conditions. If you have a problem with your order, you can contact our Customer Service by email at info@verbierdelivery.com, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
To track your order, go to your order page under “My Account.” Once your order is accepted, you will be able to view the order status. You will also receive emails to keep you informed of the status of your order and when the order will move to the next step until it is delivered to you. You can also receive SMS notifications on your mobile phone on the status of your order by activating them in your settings.
